# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit
01 - 8 large fresh strawberries
→ Yogurt Coating
02 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
→ Garnish (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
06 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
07 - 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
# How-To:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise to form half-circles.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if using, stirring until smooth.
04 - Hold a strawberry half by the cut side and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Arrange the dipped strawberry halves cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Optionally sprinkle the dipped strawberries immediately with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips.
07 - Freeze the baking sheet for 1 hour or until the yogurt coating is firm.
08 - Serve promptly for a chilled snack, or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen until needed.
