# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 large cucumbers
→ Cheese Mixture
02 - 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
→ Garnish
08 - 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced (optional)
09 - Extra dill sprigs
# How-To:
01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch (4 mm) thick.
02 - Use a 3–4 cm star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from the cucumber slices. Place stars on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with a snipped corner.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter. Pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a small piece of red bell pepper and a dill sprig. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
