# How-To:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
03 - Using a mixer or whisk, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
05 - Gradually add dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
06 - Drop teaspoon-sized mounds of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges turn lightly golden. Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
08 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate and optional coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
09 - Dip half of each cooled cookie into melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper to set; refrigerate 10 minutes if a firmer coating is desired.
