# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like pizza but cooks in under 10 minutes with no oven preheating.
  • The folding technique keeps everything tucked inside so you get all the flavors in every bite.
  • You can customize it endlessly with whatever toppings you have on hand.
02 -
  • Do not overfill the quarters or the wrap will burst open when you fold it.
  • Press the wrap gently with a spatula while cooking to help the cheese melt evenly and seal the layers.
  • Use medium heat, not high, or the outside will burn before the inside gets warm.
03 -
  • Brush the outside of the tortilla lightly with olive oil before cooking for extra crunch and color.
  • Use a cast iron skillet if you have one, it distributes heat evenly and creates the best crispy crust.
  • Let the wrap rest for 30 seconds after cooking so the cheese sets slightly and doesn't ooze out when you cut it.
