# How-To:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 5 minutes.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
