# How-To:
01 - Combine heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip mixture until thickened and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup chilled cold brew coffee into each glass.
05 - Spoon whipped chocolate cream gently onto the surface of each cold brew, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired.
07 - Provide a straw and serve immediately.
